Positano is a must-visit destination for many with beautiful panoramic views of the town and Mediterranean sea. This is a great time to look into booking travels for later in the year when it’s safe to do so as many hotels currently offer free cancellations. There are many hotels in Positano with stunning views, amazing hotel pools, and exquisite hotel restaurants which are all factors when it comes to picking a hotel in Positano. I got married in Positano in September 2019 at one of the hotels listed below & highly recommend it! You can read my Positano Travel Guide to learn more about everything you should do in Positano!

Positano is no means cheap, but the destination is worth it! If you go during the right time such as May or September the hotel prices are much more affordable. Below is a list of both affordable and luxury Positano hotels for your next vacation.

AFFORDABLE POSITANO HOTELS

*Prices range depending on the season and can jump a lot during summer months. I’ve listed the starting prices for rooms in May for reference.

Hotel Marincanto

Hotel Marincanto is an elegant and charming hotel that overlooks the town. This mid-priced hotel offers rooms with fresh and elegant decor and each room with a balcony and beautiful sea views. I got married at this stunning property, it has a beautiful terrace, unique rooms (all very different) and stairs that go directly down to the main beach. Room rates start at $450.

They have one of the best hotel pools in Positano with a side view of Positano, which allows for a full-frontal view of Positano. Room rates start at $400.

Hotel Ancora

Hotel Ancora is located right next to Le Sirenuse so you know the views will be just as good! The value for this property is pretty great so it sells out fast! Room rates start at $350.

Hotel Casa Albertina dates back to the 18th century and is now a family-run hotel. You can easily see the history of the hotel through the architecture and old fashioned decor. It is located centrally, just a short walk from the main town and about a 15-minute walk to the beach. Room rates start at $250.

Hotel Del Podesta

Hotel Del Podesta is small but charming. It is in an amazing location with fantastic views, this hotel is just 800 feet from Fornillo Beach. Room rates start at $250.

In the heart of Positano, Hotel Reginella is a family-run hotel with 10 rooms so guests will need to book in advance before it sells out! The main beach is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Room rates start at $250.

Alcione Residence

About a 10-minute walk to the beach, Alcone Residence is considered a guest house. Room rates start at $270.

LUXURY POSITANO HOTELS

*If the below properties are out of your budget, I recommend making reservations for lunch or dinner at their restaurants to visit the property and take amazing photos! I did this for Villa Treville & Il San Pietro.

Covo Dei Saraceni

Covo Dei Saraceni is located right on the main beach! This property is 5 stars and has the best location for convenience! The room rates start at $550.
