Have you ever wondered why you may have been experiencing weight gain, food cravings, fatigue, and other symptoms but feel that you’re active, healthy and eating all the right things?

It’s possible that you may have a food intolerance where the body cannot properly digest certain foods which leads to these symptoms! I recently learned about Pinnertest, a food intolerance test that measures the IgG antibody levels against the proteins of over 200 different foods with a few drops of blood.

One of the most common side-effects of food intolerance is weight gain. This is something I worry about since I do eat pretty healthy, work out but can never lose the extra fat in my tummy. One way to fight food intolerance related symptoms is to find out which foods give your digestive system issues and eventually eliminate it from your diet.

Pinnertest

I decided to give Pinnertest a try, I ordered my package and received it within a week. The package comes in a small box with instructions, very easy to use!

  1. Use the alcohol swab to clean your finger
  2. Use provided tool to prick your finger for the blood sample
  3. A few drops of blood go into the package
  4. Clean and use the band-aid
  5. Fill out the consent form in the package
  6. Send blood sample and paperwork in the provided envelope

I received my results within 7-10 business days by email and here are my results:

It’s quite interesting since I had no idea I had these food intolerances, especially with cow milk! I have milk in my coffee every day. So, this could possibly be one of the reasons for constantly being bloated while having difficulty losing weight. I’m definitely going to try to have alternatives and cut some of the food out of my diet. If you’re interested in trying the test for yourself, Pinnertest currently has a holiday sale going on! Order here.
