BEACH DAY WITH BOTA BOX

Since Ryan and I moved to California from New York I’ve become a lot more active and love to explore the great outdoors. There is so much to be excited about especially when you can smell the fresh Spring air, flowers blooming and gorgeous 70 degree weather. There are many adventures around San Francisco and when Spring finally arrived we made sure to go on one of our favorite hikes and spend a day on the beach with Bota Box.

A few weeks ago, we decided to go to Marshall’s Beach when the weather was mid 70s! The only way to get to the beach is by hiking 25 minutes down and over lots of rocks. It requires a bit of climbing but the beach is beautiful and worth it. What I enjoy about the hike is the scenery throughout the hike, with plenty of ocean views and glimpse of the Golden Gate Bridge. Bota Mini’s are perfect to carry along since the packaging is small, portable and can easily be thrown in my bag.

Ryan and I made a few stops due to the breath taking views. We always take our time and enjoy the moment instead of trying to get to our destination quickly. It also allows me to rest throughout the hike and enjoy some premium wine!

When we arrived to Marshall’s Beach we were a little disappointed at how crowded the beach was! We decided to enjoy our time for a little before hiking back up and drive 10 minutes down to Baker Beach. This was a great decision as Baker Beach is much larger and it allowed us to have plenty of space to ourselves. After a couple of hours hiking, we were ready to sit down and relax with the Mini Pinot Grigio (yellow) and Chardonnay (green). Both were smooth and easy to drink during the perfect Spring day.

After a day on the beach I invited one of my best friends over that evening to catch up and spend time on my terrace. For the evening we decided to bring out the Cabernet Sauvignon and Dry Rose (Spring/Summer). This was the perfect way to end our day with high quality premium wine. Once open, the wine lasts up to 4 weeks! That’s pretty impressive isn’t it?

Bota Box has over 12 different types of high quality wine that can be enjoyed anywhere! It’s convenient for parties, picnics and as a traveler I love how easily transportable the wine is during my travels. Bota Box is a ethical brand, who is committed to changing the wine production through sustainable packaging. The packages are 100% recyclable! Let’s all celebrate Earth Day (April 22) and Arbor Day (April 28) by going outside and celebrate/support environmental protection.

Thanks to my friends at Bota Box for sending wine for my outdoor and beach adventure! I can’t wait to explore more outdoor activities this Spring and Summer.

Have you tried any of the Bota Box wines? Comment below on your favorites and let me know what you think!

I love Bota Bozes. They are so convenient and the wine is good. I know what I am packing next time I go to the beach! Your seaside day looks absolutely blissful –hiking, sunbathing, and wine- it doesn’t get much better than that!

Omg rose in a box? I’m all in! It looks like you had such a fun day at the beach! I’m such a vino and I totally want to try out Bota Box next time I’m on a beach trip. Plus, avoiding the whole mess with glass bottles is so nice!
