When visiting Athens I wanted to stay at a hotel near the Acropolis. Herodion Hotel is a block away from the Acropolis Museum and a few minutes from the Acropolis, so it made it super convenient to explore! The hotel is really cute and charming, with plenty of space in the lobby to relax and catch up with a friend over coffee.

THE ROOM

The room is very charming and elegant. I loved the orange colors in the room and the lighting was great. Our room had a balcony with a view of the Acropolis! It’s gorgeous at night!

ROOF GARDEN, BAR & RESTAURANT

I love rooftops so one of the main reasons why I wanted to stay here was for the rooftop view! During the evenings the rooftop is a restaurant called PointA. Come during sunset for drinks or stay for dinner.

The bar is located in the lobby area and offers delicious cocktails and refreshments.

The Atrium Greek Bistro is super cute! I loved the decoration and chandeliers. Ryan and I had lunch here and the food was delicious! I highly suggest ordering the Soulva with chicken!

The Breakfast Area offers complimentary Greek breakfast each morning. Great way to start your day!
